Meyer, Phillip. Life. Not web; a simple tactile comic intended to be perfectly readable for blind and sighted alike, done in Braille. Apparently you can buy some print copies by contacting him directly, but I have had zero success at this!

Piekarski, Ro and Joanna. Trail Cooking: Clean and Green, published in 1995 and seemingly impossible to find. I found it in a free box, and while the Piekarskis are apparently the kind of people who categorize raisins and unsweetened carob chips as "dessert," their thing about light, cheap, vegetarian backpacker food seemed like it shouldn't be totally lost to the void.
Ptah, Erin. But I'm A Cat Person. "A webcomic about adventure, politics, magic, and lesbians. Combines the struggle of modern-day underemployed geeky twentysomethings with the ethical dilemmas of ownership and interspecies relations that you normally try not to think about while playing Pokémon."
Ptah, Erin. Leif and Thorn. "A sparkly queer bilingual fantasy comedy. Featuring trauma recovery, slow-burn romance, cross-cultural communication, and baby unicorns."
Pun, Ava. Academy 118: "A lighthearted comic about the personified chemical elements and their (mis)adventures at Academy 118, a peculiar school located at the heart of the universe." Very cute, many puns.
RH. Robot Hugs. Queers, kitties, depression, no ongoing story. Note that the transcripts don't go all the way back; you'd be best off starting at the most recent strip and working backwards.
